The display of Galaxy S8+ has been made in high precision technology that makes it nearly impossible to replace just the front glass (there are some big companies that refurbish them by reversing manufacturing process but are located mostly in China and accept bulk orders). Trying to separate them breaks the screen very easily. It has not been made to replace any parts of it, when you damage any part of the screen, the whole front display assembly needs to be changed (front glass, touchscreen, display).
How the screen is built on my Galaxy S8+ ?
The front glass on your Galaxy S8+ is laminated together with the AMOLED display like on all high-end mobile phones today. To guarantee your satisfaction, we repair your phone in our Store, using our own professional equipment. The repair process is the same as Samsung performs in their repair centres. Parts which we use are Samsung original, the highest quality available on the market. Even the fitting adhesive is the same which they use when assembling their phones!
About the repair process.
Our technicians will repair your phone while you wait, if it is possible. In most cases the repair doesn’t take longer than 2 hours including testing your Galaxy S8+ after repair. We test your phone after we fix it.
Your Galaxy S8+ will be carefully tested after repair. The test includes the new screen fitting, display brightness, dead pixels or dark spots, touch screen but also we confirm other functions to work properly after we assembled the phone back (speaker and the microphone, network range, calling funciton, front camera, charging, speakers, Wifi). After you receive the phone back, we kindly ask you to test it again.

Does your Galaxy S8+ have additional damage that you don’t wish to fix ?
If your phone has broken back glass, camera lens or any other issues but you don’t want to fix it, please let us know ! If your back is already broken, we have to access the phone trough the back that may break even more. Be aware of this. Please mention in notes any issues you have with the phone. If we notice any damage that was not mentioned, we will need to contact you first to explain you this again and get your permission. This may cause some delays. Note, that those additional issues we may offer you to fix it at greatly reduced prices.
Regarding waterproof mobile phones.
Please note although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take any responsibilities. Use the service only if you agree with this.
